Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer mailing bag to prevent damage.

Generate your return shipping label or QR code through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
